Latha Nair has been working in the Senior Administrative Position since 15 plus years. Her responsibilities include providing clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office. She is committed to office procedures and systems operating efficiently. Her routine includes communicating via phone and emails so that all administrative duties are completed and delivered on time, with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Additional duties are raising purchase orders and chasing outstanding accounts, PF & ESI. Is in charge of coordinating between vendors and suppliers for arranging repairs of office equipment. Vinod has been quality assurance manager at Ecotech since January 2007, responsible for managing & leading the quality team and responsible for quality assurance, security, research and development, technical support, and program management. As a software testing manager, he is responsible to define the types of testing to be performed, and to schedule this work. Before that he was quality assurance lead at Ecotech for maintaining quality & cross-browser/ platforms compatibility across various projects since 2003.

He had multiple roles to play like setting standards & quality outputs of various processes, also was involved in preparing question set for Internal ISO 9001 Audit Training Program which was a great success for the company.
Vinod holds a graduate degree in commerce from Pune University. He is a Certified Software Testing (CSTE) from College of Engineering, Pune. Also holds diploma certificate in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Law.

Covid-19 – Ecotech’s response to the Pandemic
How Ecotech helped a leading Automobile Manufacturer to take business decisions quickly.
One of the world’s largest Automobile Manufacturer was aware of the power of data and had systems in place to acquire copious amounts of it. However, the team also recognized significant redundancies in their data acquisition methods. All data was manually acquired. Even with all the data collated, it took the management days to process the data and prepare reports.
We digitized the manual data entry processes by creating equivalent web based screens, connected to a powerful data warehouse and built extensive data models to process the data and calculate meaningful metrics. This reduced several man days that were previously being lost in just data acquisition which assisted the business to take decisions quickly.

Sri holds a Management Degree in Information Systems and has over 20 years of global experience in IT Services. He started his career with a leading bank in India and moved on to IT-enabled services before taking over as CEO in the year 2001. Sri has lived in the US and parts of Europe, where he has helped customers manage the tricky waters of cross-cultural project execution. He has helped multiple American and European companies across business sectors set up development centres and establish critical partnerships in India. Sri also serves as a board member of a few companies acting in an advisory capacity. He has helped these companies develop their corporate culture, institute various systems and processes and ensure that the balance sheets are healthy. Sri is a firm believer in collaborative working and holistic value creation across the board.
Ravindra has 30+ yrs of global Project and Risk Management Experience, of which 10 years are in training and consulting for Infrastructure, Financial Institutions, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Wind Energy, and Shipping Projects.
He has taught 10,000+ Project Managers in various areas of project and program management. He has a wide range of project delivery experience ranging from a war front in Uganda delivered with the European Union to Infrastructure Projects in Oman.
